Firstly, please make sure you are logged into the portal. You can do this in the top right-hand corner where it reads "Sign In." There, you can also create an account by clicking "Sign up." Please use your @assetliving.com e-mail when creating an account.
Please use this link to submit a ticket, or click the "Submit a Request" button in the top right-hand corner next to your profile picture.
When submitting, please be sure to fill out all required fields. Most importantly, the Category and Corporate Office fields. These determine which members of our Support Team receive your ticket and can best assist you. Inaccurate selections can cause delays in resolving your request.
If you are unsure which category to select, be sure to look through them all and select the one that is most accurate for your request.
If you are unsure which corporate office to select, your Regional can advise. This will ensure your ticket gets sent to the correct team members so that we can more quickly assist you.
