Firstly, please make sure you are logged into the portal. You can do this in the top right-hand corner where it reads "Sign In." There, you can also create an account by clicking "Sign up." Please use your @assetliving.com e-mail when creating an account.
Please use this link to submit a ticket, or click the "Submit a Request" button in the top right-hand corner next to your profile picture.
When submitting, please be sure to fill out all required forms, and ensure that you select the correct "Corporate Office." If you are a property operating via the Phoenix corporate office, select Phoenix. The same goes for Dallas (see the City Gate and Alpha Barnes options) and Houston. This will ensure your ticket gets sent to the correct team members so that we can more quickly assist you.
