We would like to welcome everyone to the Asset Support Portal! We hope this is a useful tool that allows you to solve issues quickly and on-site.
Firstly, please make sure you are logged into the portal. You can do this in the top right-hand corner where it reads "Sign In." There, you can also create an account by clicking "Sign up." Please use your @assetliving.com e-mail when creating an account.
Please use this link to submit a ticket, or click the "Submit a Request" button in the top right-hand corner next to your profile picture.
When submitting, please be sure to fill out all required forms, and ensure that you select the correct "Corporate Office." If you are a Student Housing Property, you are most likely operating via the Houston office. This will ensure your ticket gets sent to the correct team members so that we can more quickly assist you.
We will be doing consistent reviews on the Knowledge Base, however, if you notice anything is out of date, please place a ticket into the Support Portal. And if you have questions on a subject you think others will have questions on too, put in a ticket! We want to make sure we have as much information at your fingertips that we can.
Our promise to you is to do our very best to get any updates/changes/additions made within 72 hours.
